Service Termination Policy
Termination Procedure:
Clients can request service termination by contacting our customer support at contact@cleanbrightspaces.
A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for terminations. Please provide this notice in writing.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
For terminations made within the 30-day notice period, the client is responsible for the full service charge for the remaining notice period.
Termination Fees:
If you're on an annual auto-renewal plan, termination fees may apply. Please refer to your contract or Exhibit B for details on termination fees during the auto-renewal period.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to provide access to the premises during scheduled service visits without a 24-hour notice may result in additional charges.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after the termination date.
